With a background in medical social work, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of life transitions, health complications, and end-of-life decision-making. My experience spans working in nursing facilities, medical rehabilitation centers, hospice, and dementia clinics. Through these roles, I’ve learned that the ability to adapt to change, cope with grief, and manage caregiver stress is vital to emotional healing and maintaining a sense of hope during difficult times.
I use a strengths-based, culturally sensitive approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients uncover their own inner strength and resilience. Our work together will focus on your ability to face challenges with confidence and develop skills to manage life’s stressors and transitions.
