Our Team
Vanessa Valles, LCSW
Life can throw you unanticipated curve balls. When that happens, life can feel overwhelming and sometimes leave us feeling alone. I'm here to help. If you want to talk through life's challenges, find your direction, or desire to make a positive change, I would love to connect with you.
Annette Lopez, LCSW
Life is full of bumps in the road, and sometimes we lose our way. Therapy allows for a pit stop — a chance to look at a map, fill the tank, and get back on track. I became a clinician because I believe we can overcome challenges and feel better. I love to help people explore their feelings, define their goals, and find the tools they need to live their best life.
Julie Gilmore, LCSW
I have worked in the behavioral health field for 16 years. I chose to become a therapist to help people learn how to reach their full potential, regardless of what appears to stand in the way.

I wanted to become a mental health clinician to better understand myself and my family. I love helping people, and to me, this is the ultimate helping profession. I get to help people with their quality of life and see them grow and enjoy their life. I believe therapy helps people understand their true selves and be the person they always want to be, so they can love their life and want to live it.

Angela Brown, LCSW
Does it feel like no one is listening to you? Need to get something off your shoulders with trust that there will be no judgment? Feel like you are stagnant in life or cannot overcome hardship? It takes tremendous courage to decide to escape your (un)comfort zone and find out how you can create a better quality of life.
Angela Torres, LCSW
I believe that counseling can serve as a therapeutic outlet to provide the tools needed to embrace life’s challenges. My goal as a therapist is to empower clients and to provide a space to foster hope, healing, and resilience.
Marie Mason, LPC
Years ago, I thought I wanted to be a pediatrician because I loved kids. Life throws us for a loop sometimes though and I actually ended up in education. I spent nineteen years as a teacher and then figured out I wanted to help people with the problems standing in the way of their success, as many of my kids couldn't learn because of their life circumstances (ACES). I retired from education in May and am now working full time as an LPC.

Life is hard, and asking for help can be daunting. Congratulations on taking this step toward making your wellness a priority. Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you’ve experienced its benefits in the past, I invite you to allow me to help you move toward healing and renewed strength.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all tool. Everyone who comes in has their own strengths, difficulties, backgrounds, and belief systems that impact their sense of self and general outlook on life. I draw from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) models to provide support in exploring what is impacting you.
