Whether it’s family struggles, issues at work, or personal challenges, you don’t have to face it alone. Life’s obstacles can feel isolating, but healing and support are possible. I’m here to help you work through your challenges, build resilience, and develop the skills you need to thrive.
With almost 10 years of experience in social services, I’ve witnessed firsthand how life’s challenges can impact mental health and well-being. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, or sexuality. Everyone deserves support and guidance in their journey toward healing.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are struggling with mental health issues, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. I have a background in helping individuals cope with self-esteem issues, intimate partner violence, suicide prevention, adjustment disorders, and addiction. I also have specialized experience supporting survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking. In my current role as a forensic social worker, I work with individuals deemed incompetent to stand trial, helping them navigate the complexities of their situations.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am here to listen without judgment and offer guidance in a compassionate, respectful environment. Whether you’re working through trauma, managing anxiety and depression, or navigating life transitions, I can help you develop the skills you need to cope with life’s challenges.
Together, we’ll work toward your healing by building practical coping strategies, addressing underlying issues, and empowering you to take control of your emotional well-being. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
If you’re ready to take that first step toward healing and growth, reach out today. Together, we’ll create a path forward that fosters resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of peace.
