I offer both in-office and telehealth sessions to ensure therapy is accessible and comfortable for you. In our work together, I utilize a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psycho-education to help you understand and address your challenges.
