If you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn, you're not alone. Whether it's dealing with stress, self-harm, or navigating complex emotions, I’m here to support you through the healing process. Together, we can work toward managing challenges and improving your mental well-being.

I’m Stephanie, and I have a genuine passion for helping people who face daily struggles. Whether you’re dealing with mental health issues, navigating difficult relationships, or seeking emotional support, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. My goal is to offer you the support and guidance needed to cope with life’s challenges, manage your emotions, and move toward healing.

I graduated from Texas State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Forensic Psychology, and I earned my Master’s of Social Work from the Worden School of Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University in 2012. With years of experience in both the medical and mental health fields, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages—ranging from children to the elderly—addressing a variety of mental health, behavioral, and medical issues.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Crisis Intervention, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Therapy is not just about working through challenges—it’s about building lasting skills for emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and personal growth. I believe in the power of therapy to guide you through life’s most difficult moments, giving you the tools to manage your emotions, navigate stress, and ultimately improve your quality of life.

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered. If you're ready to take the first step on your healing journey, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to create a plan that works for you, helping you overcome obstacles, build resilience, and move toward a brighter, healthier future. Reach out today and let’s start this journey together.
